Hertfordshire County Council are currently out to procurement for the provision of a Transport Planning Framework Agreement. This procurement is an Open (one stage process). Suppliers wishing to take part in this process are invited to 'express interest' which will give access to the full procurement suite of tender documents in the e-tendering system. In particular, the Framework Agreement is open to members of Supply Hertfordshire (including any successor body).
