These services are: • ICT • Revenue & Benefits • Customer Services • Transactional HR & Payroll; and • Accounts Payable This agreement is due to end in September 2018, and Sefton Council has commenced a programme of work to determine the specification that supports the optimum delivery model for the services after that date, and that reflects the business requirements of the Council & the Resource envelope available.
