The Supplier will be employed to assist with the production of construction costs vendor due diligence reports that will be issued to Round 2 bidders during a sale process to enable them to formulate their bids for our unitholding in KXCLP. The duration of the contract shall run until completion of the sale (expected to be approximately 8 months, ending in April 2016) and is expected to start by week commencing 7 September 2015.
