The current framework for these services expires on 31st March and this is a new framework. All existing providers on the current framework that wish to continue business with the Council beyond 31st March 2016 must ensure they apply for a place on the new framework. The Council are holding a “Bidders Briefing” on Thursday 5th November 2015, 10:00 to 12:00. The briefing will be held in Billingshurst Community Centre, Roman Way, Billingshurst, West Sussex RH14 9EW. To confirm attendance at this briefing, bidders should send a message via the correspondence facility on the e-Sourcing portal detailing who will be representing the organisation by midday on Wednesday 4th November 2015. Due to capacity, WSCC asks that there are a maximum of 2 representatives from each organisation.
