(This may or may not be taken out dependent upon the financial position of the successful contractor) 3 Have a minimum Professional Indemnity Insurance level of £ 5 million for each and every incident plus Employer’s Liability and Public Liability insurance to a level of £5 million, or be willing to obtain the same. 4 Have a proven track record in delivering new build residential projects of this size on budget, on time and to the required quality.
