The aim of the starter homes policy is to build 200,000 starter homes by the end of this parliament. The starter homes policy mandates that developers bring out sites that include a percentage of starter homes, and for reforms to the planning system to ensure exceptions sites and brownfield land in greenbelt and rural exceptions sites all help deliver starter homes. Additional information: All responses must be sent via the Emptoris e-sourcing portal. Please provide feedback if you do not wish to participate in providing information. How to apply Instructions to register on e-sourcing portal Emptoris: Potential Providers must first be registered on the Crown Commercial Service e-Sourcing Suite in order to respond to the Procurement. Please note that, to register, you must have a valid DUNS number (as provided by Dun and Bradstreet) for the organisation which you are registering, who will be entering into a contract if invited to do so at the Invitation to Tender stage.
