The aim of this service is to reduce prevalence of smoking in the Borough. Target communities relevant for this specification are pregnant smokers, those with mental health conditions and young people (Those under the age of 18) The procurement is being conducted using the open procedure under the "Social and Other Specific Services” detailed in the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
