This is in addition to the right that people have had since October 2014 to have a PHB to meet their NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC) needs or where a child is receiving continuing healthcare. Camden CCG wishes to undertake an evaluation that considers in detail the impact of offering PHBs for mental health.
