The proposal is to link all CCTV, Intruder and Fire Alarms directly to the successful companies Security Monitoring facilities. This will ensure all alarms are received direct and managed speedily and efficiently. All alarms should be monitored by a system that is compliant with British Standards BS 4737 and BS 5979 at all times. The service supplier control room should have the capacity to monitor alarms including intruder, fire and lifts.
