The framework will have 3 Lots, Lot 2 and 3 are further divided into Sub-Lots: - Lot 1 – Total Facilities Management - Lot 2 – Soft Facilities Management Sub-Lot 2A – Soft Facilities Management (annual requirements over £50,000) Sub-Lot 2B – Soft Facilities Management (annual requirements under £50,000) - Lot 3 – Hard Facilities Management Sub-Lot 3A – Hard Facilities Management (annual requirements over £50,000) Sub-Lot 3B – Hard Facilities Management (annual requirements under £50,000) The framework will be awarded by Lot / Sub-Lot on a regional basis. ESPO's operational area will be divided into 12 separate regions (East Midlands, East of England, North East England, North West England, South East England, South West England, West Midlands, Yorkshire and Humber, London, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland). The framework agreement has the option to extend for up to a further 12 months. The total estimated values stated include the option period. An eAuction process may be used to award subsequent call off contracts following the reopening of competitionamong the parties to the Framework Agreement. As a Central Purchasing Body as defined by the EU Procurement Directive 2014/24/EU, the Framework Agreement is open for use by the following classifications of user throughout all administrative regions ofthe UK: Local Authority Councils; Educational Establishments (including Academies); Central Government Departments and Agencies and Local Government Departments and Agencies; Police, Fire & Rescue and Coastguard Emergency Services; NHS and HSC Bodies, including Ambulance Services; Registered Charities; Registered Social Landlords; Any Public Body established by or under the Scotland Act 1998 or any Act of the Scottish Parliament.
