(At this time residents in Darlington with a Darlington Borough postcode are not commisioned to receive this service) The service must include the ability for the service user to request a postal pack via the internet. The service user will then return their sample to the provider for the testing of chlamydia, the provider will then notify the service user and the Sexual Health Team at CDDFT of their test results.
