The proposal includes remodeling of the lower level spaces with the formation of a new glazed public entrance with a cafe opening onto a new landscaped public piazza space, providing Abingdon with a new, vibrant and accessible venue. The scheme includes the removal of the front external escape stair and front and rear concrete ramps.
