This Early Engagement Notice is to invite suppliers to be part of the supplier engagement for this procurement. The estimated value of the framework agreement will be provided in Contract Notice. It is estimated that the Contract Notice (call for competition) will be published in September/October 2016. The target date for the framework to go live is February/March 2017. The Contracting Authorities who will have access to the framework agreement will be confirmed within the Contract Notice (at the point of the call for competition).
