Wigan Council is looking to commission a ‘Specialist Forensic Support Service’ to provide 24 hour care and support for the individual described in the Pen Picture appended. The service will provide support to meet schizophrenic and forensic needs managing risk to both themselves and others, reducing the likelihood and risk of re-offending.
