We are currently deploying a new HR system (Midland HR’s iTrent) and need to understand what opportunities exist for data to be integrated across platforms and how we can keep records consistent between the e-learning system and iTrent. The purpose of the LMS is to drive a new learning culture which maximises the potential of eLearning and other online resources to balance essential learning with a menu of learning opportunities. As part of the Solution, we require access to a catalogue of e-Learning modules that can be tailored to meet our specific needs as required. The Solution is expected to be in place for an initial period of 3 years, with options to extend for a further period of two years, reviewed annually; this will take the term up to a maximum of 5 years depending on the performance against contract and budget available.
