In addition to providing the current eSales functionality, the Forestry Commission wishes to expand the capability of its timber sales system into open ascending price auctions (English Auctions) and the processing of long term timber contracts. There is also a need to develop web-based sales of Niche Market Timber products as well as the expansion of web-based sales to Sundry products such as Permits and other goods and services normally purchased by individuals. We are seeking a partner to develop these solutions who will host the software on their infrastructure for use by our internal staff and our Customers (Bidders).
