The initial works are required within 19 properties across the North of England. Passive Fire Protection surveys have been carried out across 19 schemes. The requirement for the schemes is to carry out fire stopping works to ensure the fire compartmentation is reinstated above the false ceilings and loft spaces in the communal areas, including any service penetrations between flats and communal areas and over cross corridor door heads.
