The nature of the support will be to ensure the Council fulfils its role and responsibilities under the Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2015, or subsequently amended legislation. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
