The successful Contractor will be required to apply for all necessary planning permissions and advertising consent. The council is seeking to receive an income in each year of the Contract and will make no payment to the successful Contractor who will be expected to cover all costs and profit from the sale of advertising space. The installation of new Bus Shelters shall be aligned with the removal of Bus Shelters and completed within the first 6 months of the Contract start date.
