THIS IS A DESIGN AND BUILD CONTRACT. Full details relating to the Services and Works are provided in the Invitation to Tender (ITT) documents attached The project is to refurbish six 1 bedroomed flats and nine 2 bedroom flats, including the installation of a lift and the update of the façade of the building to fit in with the street scene. This is a competitive tender, and a contract will be awarded to the organisation that is deemed to represent the most economical and advantageous tender. The tender documents are included within this webpage as 'Contract Attachments'. Please note that the Planning Consent, Contract Sum Analysis, Asbestos and Drain surveys will be attached shortly. Tenders are required to be submitted no later than 12 noon GMT, 5 November 2015, using the addressed label attached (within the ITT document).
