The successful candidate would be expected to lead a portfolio of projects covering a major work stream for the programme. They would be a member of the delivery board responsible for oversight of the whole programme. • The successful candidate will be expected to play a lead role in designing and developing work programme to support publication of initial proposals by December 2015. • For example the successful candidate might lead our Design work stream, including the design of any new upstream markets and the PR19 arrangements. This will include definition of services, assessment of barriers to competition and scope for addressing these issues. It will consider design of PR19 price controls and scope for greater use of competition.
