The clinical service, including all clinical, nursing, administrative and dialysis technology staff will be provided by ENHT. The building, fitting out, some additional equipment and facilities management (FM) services will be provided by the partner which will include the provision of cleaning operatives. FM services will include building maintenance, security, cleaning, linen provision, domestic and clinical waste removal and provision of light refreshment supplies. Additional information: The Trust currently envisages that the contract duration will be 5 years, with an option for the Trust to extend the contract for a period or periods not exceeding a further 5 years in total. The Trust reserves the right to provide the capital funding for this project in the event that it receives Government funding.
