## About this tender

Derbyshire County Council wishes to hear from organisations willing to share information about their approach to providing an Activity Recording and Scheduling Solution; in particular those that have a solution with the following capabilities:

• Uses mobile phones/handheld devices and landlines;

• Recording functionality, including shift working, individual client visits and visits for multiple clients at the same address;

• Recording of tasks undertaken and outcomes met;

• System alerts and warnings, including aborted visits and staff warnings;

• Automated matching of commissioned against actual visits delivered;

• Reconciliation of activity where clients have multiple providers, and several purchase orders.

This will enable the Council to;

• Better understand the market;

• Explore what options can be supplied;

• Consider the likely costs;

• Explore the procurement routes; and

• Determine the most effective way of scoping its requirements to improve efficiency and all aspects of service delivery.
