Renew existing Velux roof windows. Overclad existing fascias with powdercoated aluminium fascia panels, and replace existing rainwater goods with powder coated aluminium seamless gutters & fallpipes. Existing lightening protection to be removed as necessary to accommodate the roofing works, then refixed and re-tested follow the completion of the roofing works. Replace pitched roof glazing fitted with new gaskets / seals fitted into existing powder coated aluminium framing.
