Expressions of interest are invited from suitably qualified and experienced contractors who wish to tender for the construction works to install new roof, windows and associated works to the building known as the former Garrison Gym, Circular Road South, Colchester on behalf of Colchester Borough Council.•New roof construction•Supply and install bespoke windows and doors•Brickwork repairs•Structural floor•Minimal Electrical and Mechanical works

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement, and the contract will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender.Pre Qualification Questionnaires (PQQ') will be issued on Wednesday 15th October 2014 to all companies that Express their interest in this opportunity.
