HSCIC intend to procure an organisation to work with HSCIC to design, develop and deliver an energetic and exciting programme of organisational cultural change. There are a number of key areas that will need to be addressed as part of this programme including, but not limited to: • Transforming the culture of the organisation; • Strengthening our customer service; • Leadership development; • Future organisational design. We are open to a range of ideas about how this requirement could be shaped and delivered, taking into account a number of organisational considerations. The purpose of the event will be to explain HSCIC’s organisational background and needs, and understand from potential providers in more detail: • our requirement and inform any future procurement; • costs; • likely delivery approaches; • innovation and opportunities from the market; • how we might need to structure ourselves to support delivery of programme goals in conjunction with a partner. The contract length is under consideration. The Market Engagement event will be held on 6 October 2015, at the Cosmopolitan Hotel, 2 Lower Briggate, Leeds, LS1 4AE. The event will start at 13:30, with an opportunity to meet the team from 13:00.
