St John at Hackney will procure the services of an independent Architect incorporating Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 (CDM 2015) acting as the Principle Designer, a Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Services Engineer and QS consultant. ### Part 2: Delivery Phase There will be a second round process to provide further detailed architectural designs, specifications and cost plans to their final form.
