The Framework will provide access to a network of Service Providers, with access to sector relevant funding or finance for energy efficiency measures, who will manage the installation of energy efficiency measures. Works will be split into five Lots. Service Providers can be appointed to one, some or all of the five different lots. The Lots are: 1. Insulation measures 2. Heating and hot water systems 3. Renewable energy systems 4. Park Homes 5.
