The Core Service will provide a single route via which all East Sussex businesses can access relevant business support through a (mainly) telephone-based signposting and diagnostic service, but also via the Business East Sussex website and face-to-face engagement. The Contract will run for an initial period from 1 October 2016 to 31 March 2018 (eighteen (18) months). The Contract may be extended for a further two (2) years, subject to satisfactory performance and the availability of funding.
