Dual Joystick stage control, 5 axis motorised Cartesian stage, Infra Red chamberscope, 2nd 17 inch TFT monitor, Air cooled water chiller, Oxford Instruments INCA EDX and XMAX 80 detector: - The service contract for the EVO50 Scanning Electron Microscope including Oxford Instruments INCA EDX with X-Max80 Silicon Drift Detector shall include labour, travel, replacement parts as required (excluding consumable items unless replaced during routine maintenance). - The service contract shall include two preventative maintenance visits during a one year contract period: one full preventative maintenance visit and one oil change and system check. - The service contract shall include emergency call-out repair service with a response of 48 hours to include labour and travel.
