The system comprises the following basic components: • Pay on foot stations, with barrier operated entrance/exits, some elements (Staff Secure and Consultants’) car parks are controlled via the Trust’s ASSA swipe card access. • Pay stations are provided along with encoded plastic cards issued to staff, via an encoder. Staff pay for car parking, along with most visitors. The Pay stations and barriers generally have a dedicated intercom system to security or the Trust’s telephone switchboard. • The car parking system is generally controlled via an Amano server, with two Amano workstations, Amano aspect car park operating software and Amano reports software.
