The framework will be divided into two lots as follows. Lot 1 - Electrical re-wiring and installation works on domestic empty homes or tenanted properties - 1 to 5 properties per week. Lot 2 - Electrical re-wiring and installation works on domestic empty homes or tenanted properties - more than 5 properties per week. It is envisaged there will be a maximum of 6 suppliers appointed to each lot dependent on number and quality of bids received.
