The University is seeking maintenance service providers who can carry out planned and preventative maintenance works together with any reactive maintenance works in support of a risk based maintenance strategy that is employed across the assets maintained by the University’s Estates Office. There are 13 Lots in total. UoN is seeking to award contract to 1 supplier per lot.
