The works will be on an as and when required basis and will include but not be limited to damp proofing works, wall stabilisation, woodworm, wet / dry rot and surveys, reports, plans and professional advice relating to all works covered by the framework agreement. The framework will be divided into three lots as follows. Lot 1 - Damp proofing, timber treatments, wall stabilisation and minor structural surveys and works on domestic empty homes or tenanted properties - 1 to 5 properties per week. Lot 2 - Damp proofing, timber treatments, wall stabilisation and minor structural surveys and works on domestic empty homes or tenanted properties - more than 5 properties per week. Lot 3 - Damp proofing, timber treatments, wall stabilisation and minor structural surveys and works on commercial properties i.e. council buildings, schools etc. It is envisaged there will be a maximum of 6 suppliers appointed to each lot dependent on number and quality of bids received.
