The main aim of the project is the installation of energy efficiency measures to both residential and non-residential properties in targeted areas. As part of this project, we are looking to secure the services of a provider (or consortium of providers) to supply, fit and maintain energy and other monitoring devices within up to 112 residential properties forming part of the project. In addition to this, the provider (or consortium) must have data transmission capabilities insofar as the data collected from the monitoring equipment can be remotely collected and supplied in a readily accessible format.
