(Norwich x3, Cromer, Aylsham, Downham Market, Great Yarmouth, Kings Lynn, Diss, Gorleston, Thetford, Kelling and Wymondham). The supplier(s) will prepare and provide meals and refreshments for Housing with Care tenants, Care employees, Family, Friends and any other visitors. The Restaurant will operate 7 days per week providing lunch time meals and offering choices of meals with a minimum of 2 main course and dessert options. Special dietary requirements will be met on an individual basis as required. The Restaurant will also provide a range of snack items ( such as jacket potatoes with fillings, assorted sandwiches, cakes, etc) as well as a selection of beverages. The Restaurant income could be further supplemented by opportunities to provide breakfasts, evening meals as well as providing catering services for in-house and external events. The tender will be for a Local Authority Concession Agreement (the Council is to allow suppliers to carry out a service from which they (the suppliers) derive income directly from clients without any subsidy from the Council) Additional information: This procurement will be managed electronically via the Council`s e-procurement system.
