The Council is seeking an out of the box solution, requiring minimal configuration that is delivered via SaaS. The Solution: The Council are looking for a solution that delivers an excellent experience for our customers, partners, service desk and support agents when they need to log, track and progress a service request. The system will need the potential to be scalable to other parts of the business that operate service desk functions which are not part of IT.
