The work comprises: The refurbishment of this semi-detached BISF steel frame constructed 2 storey house, comprising removal and disposal of all internal walls, inner skin of external walls, re-instatement of walls, new fitted bathroom and kitchen, electrical re-wire, new gas-fired central heating system, rear access to garden from proposed kitchen and decoration.
