These services are to include but are not limited to; replacement of worn or damaged tyres either at the supplier’s premises or council depot, the provision of a call out and roadside emergency service and the provision of a regular tyre and wheel inspection schedule to ensure safe and continuous running of the fleet. The council is looking to appoint a contractor to supply an efficient and reliable service as detailed in the specification within this document. The contract will be for a period of two years with an optional extension of up to one year. The Council utilised an electronic tendering tool to manage this procurement and communicate with tenderers.
