This contract will be time limited and is for the duration of time required to undertake the relevant surveys (outlined in section 2 below) and to compile the resulting reports, commencing from anticipated appointment on 30th June 2016. BCC will be using its e-tendering system (in-tend) for the administration of this procurement process and providers must register with the system to be able to express an interest.
