## About this tender

Carlisle City Council is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced Housing providers to develop and manage affordable housing on four Council owned sites. The Council is seeking a single partner to develop all four sites, and it is anticipated these sites could accommodate approximately 55 dwellings:- Beverley Rise (2.15 hectares / estimated no. of units: 30) Greta Avenue (0.4 hectares / anticipated no. of units: 13) Raffles Avenue (0.17 hectares / anticipated no. of units: 8) Wood Street (size 0.22 hectares / anticipated no. of units: 4). More detailed information and a plan for each site is included in the Invitation to Tender pack.
