Description: London Borough of Tower Hamlets invites suitably qualified and experienced Consultants to carry an analysis of 3 commissioning options and evaluate which option would provide Best Value for the future delivery of the Council's waste management services. The review will cover 3 separate service areas, as the Council recognizes that the best value option may be different for different services. The 3 service areas for review are: Ø Street and Associated Environmental Cleansing Services. Ø Refuse, Dry Recycling and Organic (food and garden) Waste Collection Services. Ø Commercial Waste Service The anticipated contract start date is: Monday, 19 October 2015 The estimated value of the contract is: Total Cost: between £25,000 - £45,000 For a period of: Two months Organisations wishing to express their interest are requested to register on the London Tenders Portal ([londontenders.org](https://www.londontenders.org)) where the tender documentation will be available for download. Organisations must ensure that access to the system is available to theirrepresentatives dealing with the contract.
