The North East Hampshire and Farnham area covers the towns of Fleet, Aldershot, Yatelely, Farnborough and Farnham. There are currently 24 GP practices providing care to a combined registered population of 220,000 patients. Annual budget for this service is expected to be in the region of £170,000. During 2014/15 approximately 395 patients being offered cardiac rehabilitation locally. The current process requires providers to complete a Request for Information to guage the interest in the potental service, the documents can be access through the InTend portal. This will move the project over to your “My Tenders” page. (This is a secure area reserved for your projects only). - Note the deadline for completion and follow the on screen instructions to complete the PQQ/ITT, accessing any attached documents as required.
