Please provide name, organisation, contact details, number of attendees (maximum 2 per organisation) and any access requirements you may have. Closing date is 17 September August 2015. There will be a maximum of 40 attendees. In case of over-subscription to the event, the number attending from each organisation may be reduced. Attendees should be familiar with and have comprehensive knowledge of the principal legislative and requirements relating to the provision of independent advocacy for adults.
