The Contractor will be procured on a full design and build basis for the works of a permanent accommodation facility comprising of classrooms, a kitchen, offices, hall, Multi-Use Games Area and outdoor spaces, all approx.. 2195 m2. The target construction programme runs from January 2017 to December 2017, for handover mid-August 2017 enabling the school to decant from their temporary location and install ICT and loose FF&E ahead of the September 2017 start date. The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
