The successful commercial partner will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of large advertising formats across the borough and for selling of advertising on these formats to realise a guaranteed income to the Council. The contract will be for a period of 15 years in order to give the successful commercial partner sufficient time to recoup their capital investment and make a return. Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council ('Contracting Authority') will be using the In-tend e-Tendering System for this Procurement exercise, please visit [in-tendhost.co.uk/sandwellmbc](https://in-tendhost.co.uk/sandwellmbc) to access the Sandwell MBC In-tend Supplier Portal.
