The work should differentiate the craft and technical skills areas as well as looking at different levels of skills and experience, grading and continuity of career development starting from entry level and looking to the development of Apprenticeships. We would expect that throughout this Audit there is the fullest consideration given to the challenges that people from different backgrounds face.
