Refurbishment of Pavilion to provide Café Facilities, Old Heath Recreation Ground, Recreation Road, Colchester, Essex and works to include:

- Demolition, striping out and isolation of existing services, (2) Structural Alterations, (3) External Doors & Windows, (4) Decoration, (5) Kitchen Fitting, (6) Plumbing, (7) Ventilation, (8) Electrical works, (9) Drainage & (10) External Works

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
