An AQP window will open 3 months prior to the end of the initial 24 months. This procurement is to establish a contract under AQP for the provision of Minimally Invasive Vasectomy (Male Sterilisation) Services. NHS Arden and GEM CSU on behalf of NHS Coventry & Rugby CCG who will be the lead Contracting Authority on behalf of NHS South Warwickshire CCG; NHS Coventry & Rugby CCG and NHS Warwickshire North CCG (referred to as the Commissioner(s) is inviting suitably qualified and experienced providers to deliver these Services. Any provider will be eligible to join the Qualified Provider list as long as they can demonstrate competency against the specified criteria. As a Qualified Provider there are no guaranteed levels of activity and payment is made based on actual provision.
