The successful scheme will be selected on its merits and each Tenderer is asked to provide two distinct options, Option 1 for an Above Ground Facility and Option 2 a Below Ground Facility. The site address where the equipment is to be installed is - Tofts Farm Industrial Estate East, Brenda Road, Hartlepool, TS25 2BS. This will be our new operating centre and workshop, operating initially 12 hours a day, 5 days a week.
